Join our team as a Value Added Assembly Production Technician on 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, finish, inspect, and package parts that require additional processing beyond molding.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities include the following:

On site regular and reliable attendance is required
Read and follow detailed work instructions to assemble parts
Operate assembly equipment (mills, drills, punch presses, sonic welders, pad printers, hot stampers, etc.)
Trim and finish parts using hand tools (X-Acto knives, clippers, pliers)
Assemble components (with or without additional parts)
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
Inspect parts for defects per control plans
Document and report quality issues
Package, label, and weigh finished products
Assemble boxes for shipment
Monitor scrap and complete reports as needed
Support production needs and cross-train as required
Follow all safety policies and Lean Manufacturing practices
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
