3nd shift Hours are 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday
We have openings for Production Technicians on 3rd shift to produce, inspect, finish, and package molded parts while ensuring quality and efficiency on the production floor.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • On site regular and reliable attendance is required 
  • Operate injection molding machines (manual & semi-automatic)
  • Read and follow work instructions and control plans
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards
  • Trim and finish parts using hand tools (X-Acto knife, clippers, pliers)
  • Assemble components as needed
  • Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Operate secondary equipment (mills, CNCs, drill presses)
  • Package, label, and weigh finished goods
  • Assemble boxes for shipping
  • Monitor scrap and complete reports
  • Support other production/assembly areas as needed
  • Follow safety policies and Lean Manufacturing practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements & Working Conditions

High School Diploma or GED preferred; in lieu of degree must be able to read/speak/write/comprehend English and be able to perform basic measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
  • Ability to read instructions and communicate clearly
  • Basic problem-solving skills in a structured environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Manufacturing floor with moderate to loud noise
  • Standing/walking for full shift
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.; occasional lifting to 60 lbs.
  • Repetitive hand use, bending, reaching, kneeling as needed
  • Exposure to machinery, fumes, vibration, and varying conditions
  • Vision requirements: close, distance, color, and depth perception
  • Citizen sponsorship is not available for this position.
