- Kaysun worked closely with the Versa-Matic designer to select polymers and adjust part designs to complement the injection molding process.
- Kaysun’s plastic injection molding services successfully addressed the challenges to consistently molded the product including some thick-molded components (up to 1.5 inches thick).
- Kaysun molds/assembles and performs composite machining operations on multiple parts.
Business Impact
- Versa-Matic expanded its product line to offer AODD to complement its product line and to meet the needs of its customer base.
- This pump is used to move ordinary and corrosive fluids in a variety of environments and industries including food, construction, mining and chemicals.
