We have an opportunity for a Layout Technician to perform testing, layout, data analysis and reporting activities.
Primary responsibilities include the following:

Maintain department inspection schedule; and communicates schedule status to Engineering and Quality daily.

Program and operate CMM and VMM equipment.

Perform routine maintenance of analytical and process equipment as required; inspect, adjust, and verify accuracy of gages and measuring instruments for conformance to specifications.
An Associate Degree in Quality Control or related field is preferred. Extensive knowledge of metrology and inspection equipment, methods, and techniques is required. Must have working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT). ASQ CQI certification is desired. In addition, to perform this job successfully, an individual must possess computer proficiency in a Windows environment, preferably with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project. Experience with IQMS or related integrated manufacturing software systems preferred.
