As a custom plastic injection molding manufacturer, we have the expertise in all areas of custom contract manufacturing of tight tolerance plastic products from two shot molding to ultrasonic plastic welding and assemblies. Our services cover the full life-cycle from plastics design through assembly and packaging for our clients.  We often help our clients finalize the product design to promote more efficient manufacturing and assembly.

Most of our client’s products are complex designs for a variety of reasons. It may be the geometric dimensions, its critical use, the material being thin-walled or very thick walled or the number of components that need to be assembled including circuit boards, plating or sealing.

The Kaysun team delivers value within the assembly process by taking full accountability whether the process is fully automated or requires hand assembly of components.
