Lifelong learning is vital to our country’s role in the global economy, to remaining competitive in our respective businesses and personally to our mental health. So at Kaysun, we promote and are involved in lifelong learning in a variety of ways. One way includes supporting our employee’s interests in furthering their own education.
For the local community, we get involved in the local schools. At Wilson Junior High School, Mr. Nye’s class visits Kaysun for a plant tour and to see firsthand what engineers do during a work day. We enjoy the opportunity to visit classrooms and share firsthand how math and chemistry are used regularly as we analyze, test and design manufacturing processes. To support higher education, Kaysun is a corporate friend of Silver Lake Community College in Manitowoc, WI through ongoing contributions to the college’s endowment fund.
